NOVELTY - Graphene comprises a table body (1), where the table body is fixedly connected with an operation platform (2). The table body and the bottom plate (12) are hinged with two pull rods (16) and two annular blocks (14) and a bidirectional screw rod (15). Each of the pull rods is hinged to the corresponding annular block. The ring-shaped block is connected with the bidirectionally threaded screw rod. USE - Semiconductor preparation graphene used in modern electronic industry, transistor, integrated circuit and core material of various electronic elements, along with development of semiconductor technology, traditional silicon, performance lifting space of germanium and other element semiconductor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is convenient and fast to clean on the particulate matter platform and impurity cleaning, and saves time and labor, so as to improve the cleaning efficiency. The first inner rod and the locating rod are matched with each other, under the condition of not needing manual cleaning.
