NOVELTY - Graphene heat-conducting gasket, comprises a multi-layer graphene film, where adjacent layers of the graphene film are coated with adhesive. The graphene film is provided with multiple through holes passing through the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene film along the lamination direction. A through hole is provided with a carbon fiber. The carbon fiber is covered with adhesive. The adhesive is silicon rubber, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin or polyurethane. USE - Used as graphene heat-conducting gasket. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has good thermal performance, the graphene film as heat conducting gasket made of thermal interface material has excellent heat conducting effect, through the adhesive bonding the multilayer graphene film can be stacked to the appointed height to make the heat-conducting gasket with different sizes, so as to meet the requirements of electronic devices with different specifications, because the thermal conductivity of graphene has anisotropy, the layer in the horizontal direction has high heat conductivity, low heat conductive in the interlayer direction, so the laminated direction of graphene film is set with carbon fiber, and the carbon fiber is covered with adhesive on the carbon fiber is fixed on graphene film on the through hole.
