NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) processing the copper foil, processing the graphene film to the needed size shape, punching on the graphene film by puncher, placing the graphene foil in the hydrochloric acid solution to remove the copper foil and soaking graphene the copper foil; (ii) taking out the copper foil in the anhydrous ethanol, drying, placing in the mold, stacking the top layer and the bottom layer of non graphene and placing the material n the mold for cold pressing; (iii) mixing the raw sand, clay and water; (iv) melting and preparing to obtain a proper iron burning boat, uniformly paving a layer of molding sand at the bottom of the boat, taking out the sample in the mold in the step (ii), placing on the bottom layer sand, filling the sand with the boat, making completely covered the sample, paving the surface sand and placing the iron plate; and (v) placing the boat in the step (iv) into a muffle furnace and setting the sintering program for heating and infiltration. USE - The method is useful for preparing a copper graphene laminated sheet composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare copper graphene laminated sheet composite material with strong bonding, which has improved thermodynamic performance and mechanical property, and has simple operation, low cost, can realize mass production in large scale, and strong guidance meaning for the actual application.
