NOVELTY - Preparation of casting mold silicone rubber composite material, involves (i) adding nano-ferroferric oxide and nano-fluorinated graphene to solution of polyethylene glycol-400, dissolving in water, ultrasonically dispersing, heating, dripping hexamethyldisilazane, continuously dispersing, maintaining, centrifuging, rinsing and drying to obtain surface-treated nano-particles, (ii) mixing hydrotalcite and surface-treated nano-particles, stirring, dripping silane coupling agent solution, continually mixing, reducing temperature and drying to obtain modified mixed particles. USE - Preparation of casting mold silicone rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicone rubber composite material has excellent thermal conductivity, and can maintain good stability at higher temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of casting mold silicone rubber composite material, involves (i) adding nano-ferroferric oxide and nano-fluorinated graphene to a solution of polyethylene glycol-400, dissolving in water, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 hours, heating at 40-50 degrees C, dripping hexamethyldisilazane to the mixture, continuously dispersing using a high shear mixer for 1-2 hours, maintaining for 2-3 hours, centrifuging, rinsing, and drying to obtain surface-treated nano-particles, (ii) adding hydrotalcite and surface-treated nano-particles into a high-speed mixer, increasing the temperature to 90 degrees C, stirring at 200-300 rpm, dripping silane coupling agent solution, continually mixing for 30-45 minutes, reducing the temperature to room temperature and drying at 60-80 degrees C to obtain modified mixed particles, (iii) adding silicone rubber and vinyl silicone rubber to a two-roll mixing machine, mixing for 20 minutes, adding modified mixed particles to a mixer, mixing, filtering, adding crosslinking agent, catalyst and curing agent, continually slicing and mixing for 1-2 hours, performing defoaming treatment, adding the mixture into a mold, heating and curing to obtain casting mold silicone rubber composite.
