▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing solid-phase microextraction probe based on covalent organic framework (COF)/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) hybrid material, comprises (1) adding COF to GO solution, uniformly mixing it by ultrasonic vibration to obtain mixed solution, obtaining the COF/rGO hybrid material by reduction reaction; the mass ratio of COF and GO is (2-10):(3-5); and (2) coating COF/rGO hybrid material on one end of the carrier, and aging. USE - The microextraction probe is useful in detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food samples. ADVANTAGE - The microextraction probe: has good thermal stability and chemical stability, large detection linear range (0.5-250 (ngg-1)), low detection limit (between 0.132-0.833 (ngg-1)), high precision (RSD < 7.808%), and has good use prospect for analysis of PAHs in actual samples. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for solid-phase microextraction probe based on COF/rGO hybrid material, comprising carrier and extraction coating coated on one end of the carrier, the extraction coating is COF/rGO hybrid material; average thickness of the extraction coating is 50-100 μm.
