NOVELTY - Preparing engineered myocardial tissue based on the wings of the Morpho menelausbutterfly involves modifying conductive nanomaterials on the surface of Morpho menelausbutterfly wings, and treating the modified Morpho menelausbutterfly wings with alkaline solution and acid solution. Surface modification is performed on treated Morpho menelausbutterfly wing, and cells including human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes are inoculated on the surface of the Morpho menelausbutterfly wing surface for culture to obtain the engineered myocardial tissue. USE - Method for preparing engineered myocardial tissue based on the wings of the Morpho menelaus butterfly for preparing myocardial patch and preparing heart disease treatment product, a cardiovascular disease model, a cardiac drug screening model or a cardiac drug toxicity evaluation model (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare engineered myocardial tissue based on the wings of the Morpho menelaus butterfly, which fully combines the synergistic effect of directional cell assembly and conductive substrate to promote the structural and functional maturation of engineered myocardial tissue.
