NOVELTY - The method comprises (1) mixing tin source, germanium source, graphene oxide, and hydrochloric acid, dissolving in a mixed solution of deionized water and ethanol, dispersing, and placing in a reactor for hydrothermal reaction, and (2) performing centrifugal cleaning of the product obtained by hydrothermal preparation, freeze-drying in a freeze dryer to obtain a germanium-doped ultrafine tin dioxide graphene complex material. USE - Method for preparing germanium-doped ultrafine tin dioxide graphene complex material. ADVANTAGE - The complex material has excellent rate performance, high discharge specific capacity and good cycle stability.
