NOVELTY - Preparation of wastewater filter material containing zeolite powder includes taking 40-70 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 35-45 pts. wt. quartz sand, 4-9 pts. wt. medical stone, 10-20 pts. wt. diatomite, 14-27 pts. wt. bentonite, 30-45 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 10-20 pts. wt. modified attapulgite, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene, 20-32 pts. wt. cotton fiber fabric, 10-15 pts. wt. porous ceramic matrix, 6-11 pts. wt. nano-modified activated carbon, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium allyl sulfonate, 5-9 pts. wt. distearoyl diethylenetriamine, and 4-11 pts. wt. titanium oxide, mixing graphene, quartz sand, medical stone, diatomite, bentonite, calcium carbonate, and modified attapulgite, adding into a crusher to crush, sieving by 100-mesh sieve to obtain mixture A, mixing sodium allylsulfonate, distearyl diethylenetriamine, and titanium oxide, and adding into stirring tank. USE - The method is for preparation of wastewater filter material containing zeolite powder used for filtering impurities and partial chemical components of industrial wastewater.
