ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides oxidized graphene quantum dot-carbon fibers composite having excellent mechanical property, by simple method with reduced consumption of energy and high productivity, without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for composite material of oxidized graphene quantum dot with carbon fibers.
