NOVELTY - Surface treatment of carbon fiber involves coating an organic solution or an aqueous solution containing oxidized graphene quantum dot on carbon fibers by spraying and/or impregnation method, drying, subjecting to heat treatment and obtaining carbon fiber composite material with uniform oxidized graphene quantum dot coating on the surface. USE - Surface treatment of carbon fiber for obtaining oxidized graphene quantum dot-carbon fibers composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides oxidized graphene quantum dot-carbon fibers composite having excellent mechanical property, by simple method with reduced consumption of energy and high productivity, without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for composite material of oxidized graphene quantum dot with carbon fibers.
