▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Performing electrochemical sensing analysis method involves mixing gold-silver (Au-Ag)Pdjanus nanoparticle (NPs) and ochratoxin A of aptamer OTA-Apt uniformly to obtain Au-AgPdjanus NPs/OTA-Apt solution. The Au-AgPdjanus NPs/OTA-Apt solution and graphene oxide (GO)/iron oxide nanospheres (Fe3O4NSs) solution are mixed and incubated to obtain Au-AgPdjanus NPs+GO/Fe3O4NSs assembly. The Au-AgPdjanus NPs+GO/Fe3O4NSs assembly is reacted with solution containing ochratoxin A, differential pulse voltammetry signal of solution obtained after reaction is detected, qualitative or quantitative analysis of ochratoxin A is carried out. USE - Method for performing electrochemical sensing analysis method used for detecting ochratoxin A. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have more convenient and accurate operation, high sensitivity and good stability, and enhances electroreduction signal.
