NOVELTY - Rubber material comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 4-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 100-120 pts. wt. carbon black, 50-70 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 6-10 pts. wt. softening agent, 5-30 pts. wt. acidified carbon fiber, 10-60 pts. wt. carbon nano material and 20-40 pts. wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt. USE - The rubber material is used as sealing material in sealing shield machine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material: has excellent process performance and physical and chemical properties, oil resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance; can applies sealing material is o the shield machine, and main driving sealing system of the shield machine, which meets the severe working condition and oil resistance and heat-resistant and wear-resistant use requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber material, comprising (i) adding nitrile rubber, unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt, anti-aging agent, zinc oxide, carbon black, silicon dioxide, plasticizer and softening agent for one time mixing, after discharging the glue, mixing for the second time; (ii) after secondary mixing, refining, adding vulcanizing agent to mix in the refining process, then adding carbon nano material and acidified carbon fiber to mix after finishing eating, after mixing, obtaining mixed rubber; and (iii) mixing the rubber after rolling treatment and vulcanization treatment to obtain the rubber material.
