▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manganese-zinc ferrite-graphene composite electromagnetic shielding material comprises lanthanum-doped manganese-zinc ferrite hollow microspheres, three-dimensional network porous graphene and silane coupling agent in a mass ratio of 100:5-15:2-8. USE - Used as manganese-zinc ferrite-graphene composite electromagnetic shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The material: improves the saturation magnetization and coercivity; enhances the magnetic loss performance; achieves high impedance matching effect; has excellent electromagnetic radiation shielding and wave absorbing effect; can reflect and consume electromagnetic waves for multiple times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included preparing the manganese-zinc ferrite-graphene composite electromagnetic shielding material comprising adding lanthanum-doped manganese-zinc ferrite hollow microspheres to the toluene solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding the silane coupling agent 3-(2,3-glycidoxy)propyltriethoxysilane, heating to 100-120 degrees C, reacting for 6-12 hours and temperature drops to 70-100 degrees C10, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding the three-dimensional network porous grapheme, reacting for 25-35 hours, filtering, washing and drying.
