NOVELTY - The line has a mixing extrusion module for mixing and extruding a foaming system of a graphene floor mat heat preservation and insulation layer. A shaping and solidifying module is connected with a foaming module for preparing a graphene ground mat insulating layer by cooling and curing a graphene ground mat foaming layer after foaming. A foaming layer preparation control module is connected with a mixing extrusion module, an extending layer forming module, the foaming module, a shaping curing module and a detecting module, where the foaming layer preparation control module adjusts temperature in graphene pad insulating layer preparation process to make a graphene pad heat insulating layer of a foaming structure satisfying standard. USE - Self-control temperature foaming channel based graphene ground mat production line for use in various fields. Uses include but are not limited to sports protector, handbag, automobile, aerospace, building, shoe material, toy, air conditioner and petroleum pipeline heat preservation. ADVANTAGE - The channel realizes extension structure recovery process and shape fixing time so as to effectively ensure size of extended forming of a mixture extending sheet satisfying requirements, and provides a mixing and extruding module with a self-adaptive pressure mixing kettle for inhibiting foaming of a foam system in mixing process so as to improve mixing efficiency of a system, and effectively ensures a graphene floor mat foaming layer before foam process of extending process.
