NOVELTY - The device has a storage battery for supplying direct current (DC) voltage, and a transformer for stepping up or stepping down alternating current (AC) voltage. A rectifier is provided for converting single-phase pulsating current (S) into a single phase pulsating. A power supply circuit (100) is provided with a regulator, and an oscillation circuit generates a carrier wave by continuously oscillating the voltage and current supplied from the power supply. An output amplifying circuit amplifies the intensity of the current and voltage of the carrier wave. A conductive gel layer covers a coating layer, an electrode and a conductive paste. A graphene layer is formed around a MR fluid. USE - Self-managed energy therapy multi-functional device for preventing shock due to rapid changes in current and voltage for use in e.g. home. ADVANTAGE - The energy therapy complex device comprises a storage battery for supplying direct current voltage, and thus enables preventing excessive shock when a low frequency is applied by initially measuring resistance for each person or each portion to be used.
