▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene in-situ toughening polyacrylic acid hydrogel based on reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) method comprises functionalized graphene, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, initiator and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide in a mass ratio of (0.5-5):(30-60):(20-50):100:(3.5-4.5):(3-6). USE - As graphene in-situ toughening polyacrylic acid hydrogel based on RAFT method. ADVANTAGE - The graphene in-situ toughening polyacrylic acid hydrogel adopts the preparation method that enhances interface compatibility of graphene and acrylic hydrogel and avoids phenomenon of agglomeration and sedimentation of the graphene nanoparticles and provides uniformly dispersed graphene nanoparticles impart excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and toughness of the acrylic hydrogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene in-situ toughening polyacrylic acid hydrogel involving (1) adding graphene oxide into a dichloromethane solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding 4-cyano-4-(phenylthio formyl) valeric acid, a condensing agent and a catalyst, reacting at room temperature for 12-48 hours, adding a methanol solvent, performing centrifugal separation, washing the solid to precipitate and drying to prepare 4-cyano-4-(phenylthio formyl)methyl valerate grafted functionalized graphene and (2) adding the functionalized graphene to 1,4-dioxane solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate in a nitrogen atmosphere, slowly dripping initiator of 1, 4-dioxane solution and crosslinking agent N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, placing in a water bath, heating at 60-80 degrees C, reacting for 24-48 hours, decompressing and distilling, washing and dialyzing to remove impurities to obtain the product.
