NOVELTY - A mercapto functionalized graphene self-assembling-based acid phosphatase biosensor constructing method involves utilizing a self-assembled gold electrode as a carrier, and loading carboxylated graphene oxide and acid phosphatase on the surface of the electrode to obtain the acid phosphatase biosensor. USE - Method for constructing a mercapto functionalized graphene self-assembling-based acid phosphatase biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables constructing the mercapto functionalized graphene self-assembling-based acid phosphatase biosensor with increased electrical signal, better sensitivity, better stability, better quality and better shelf life.
