▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrodes spaced apart from each other are formed on substrate, supporting patterns are formed (S20) on the electrodes, patterns are coated with graphene-oxide-containing solution to form (S30) composite pattern. The coated supporting pattern is separated (S40) from composite pattern, to obtain graphene electronic device. USE - Fabrication of electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to display, lithium-ion cell, capacitor electrode and filter. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient fabrication of graphene electronic device, by simple method.
