▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-oxidation decarburization coating containing graphene comprises base material, binder, water and organic additive, where the base material is composed of graphene, nano-molybdenum oxide, metal oxide powder and silicon dioxide; the weight ratio of the base material to the water is 1:1.5, the weight ratio of the binder sodium silicate to the base material is 0.2:1; and the organic additive is triethanolamine and sodium polyacrylate. USE - Used as anti-oxidation decarburization coating containing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The anti-oxidation decarburization coating has good strength, stability and stripping performance, can effectively reduce the steel surface decarburization layer depth, and reduce the oxidation weight loss of the steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing anti-oxidation decarburization coating containing graphene comprising firstly pre-dispersing the graphene in the base material in water, under the heating condition of 60-80 degrees C, stirring uniformly, adding triethanolamine to assist; the dosage of the triethanolamine is 0.5-1.5 % of the weight of the graphene, continuously stirring uniformly under the heating condition of 60-80 degrees C to obtain the graphene pre-dispersion liquid; mixing the other components in the base material with water, stirring uniformly under the heating condition of 40-60 degrees C, continuously stirring while slowly adding graphene pre-dispersion liquid, stirring uniformly, adding sodium polyacrylate, and continuously stirring uniformly under the condition of 40-60 degrees C, and slowly adding adhesive.
