NOVELTY - Graphene oxide and negative temperature coefficient of resistance (NTC) semiconductor powder hybrid solar heat-absorbing material comprises NTC semiconductor powder materials or NTC doped semiconductor materials of deep color, which are wrapped by electrical insulator graphene oxide thin films with light transmittance above 80%. USE - Used as graphene oxide and NTC semiconductor powder hybrid solar heat-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The heat-absorbing material: has similar visible light absorbing efficiency when compared with other materials of the same kind; generates plasma resonance on the surfaces of nano-particles due to wrapping of the insulated transparent graphene oxide; has good visible light conversion energy; almost converts invisible infrared light and UV light into heat; and has lower outward radiant emittance and high total photothermal conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene oxide and NTC semiconductor powder hybrid solar heat-absorbing material, comprising (i) taking graphene oxide and NTC semiconductor powder material or NTC doped semiconductor material according to ratio of 1000-1.01:1, and (ii) grinding and mixing to coat the graphene oxide with the NTC semiconductor powder material or NTC doped semiconductor on the surface.
