▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified impregnation solution comprises 5-8 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 1-1.5 pts. wt. anionic emulsifier, 1-1.5 pts. wt. resorcinol, 2-3 pts. wt. furfural, 20-25 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene latex, 2-3 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia, 70-80 pts. wt. deionized water and 3-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Used as graphene modified impregnation solution. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified impregnation solution: has improved thermal conductivity, flame retardant effect and glue absorption property compared with existing same concentration of resorcinol formaldehyde latex (RFL) impregnation solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified impregnation solution comprising (i) adding graphene slurry and anionic emulsifier together shear machine for high-speed shearing and stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain suspension, (ii) adding aqueous ammonia into reaction kettle containing deionized water, then adding resorcinol, furfural and chlorosulfonated polyethylene latex into reaction kettle, stirring, and reacting for 8-10 hours to obtain impregnating solution, and (iii) adding prepared suspension into the prepared impregnating solution, adding auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, heating and stirring to obtain final product.
