▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of magnesium diboride superconductor using graphene in situ coated boron powder by magnesium diffusion comprises preparing graphene oxide water solution, uniformly mixing graphene oxide water solution, boron powder and deionized water to obtain boron and graphene oxide mixed solution, putting into hydrothermal reaction kettle, conducting thermal decomposition to reduce graphene oxide into graphene, obtaining graphene and boron composite, centrifugally separating the graphene and boron composite, taking the precipitates, vacuum drying to obtain graphene in situ coated boron powder, preparing into precursor block of desired shape, adding the precursor block and magnesium powder at boron and magnesium ratio of 2:1 in an iron pipe, sealing the two ends of iron pipe to obtain precursor block and boron powder composite, placing in thermal diffusion treatment furnace, heat treating under non-oxidizing atmosphere protection, and obtaining block magnesium diboride superconductor. USE - Preparation of magnesium diboride superconductor using graphene in situ coated boron powder by magnesium diffusion. ADVANTAGE - The method is controllable, uses stable composite graphene in situ coated boron powder, realizes uniform coating, and avoids shrinkage and agglomeration of graphene in the traditional method.
