NOVELTY - The preparation method of noble metal loaded graphene microsphere catalyst involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding vitamin C, allowing to stand, adding noble metal liquid, stirring to obtain mixed liquid, adding the mixed liquid to the spray dryer, where the air inlet temperature is 230-250 degrees C and the air outlet temperature is 150-160 degrees C, spray-drying, and collecting the solid powder, where the noble metal liquid is 0.01-0.1mol/l noble metal precursor aqueous solution, the noble metal element is gold, silver, palladium and/or platinum. USE - Preparation of noble metal loaded graphene microsphere catalyst used for purification of exhaust gas containing hydrocarbon compound, carbon monoxide or nitrogen oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of noble metal loaded graphene microsphere catalyst with excellent catalyst activity, non-toxic effect, and overall stability, in simple, economical and environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of noble metal loaded graphene microsphere catalyst involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding vitamin C, allowing to stand for 8-10 hours, adding noble metal liquid, stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed liquid, adding the mixed liquid to the spray dryer, where the air inlet temperature is 230-250 degrees C, the air outlet temperature is 150-160 degrees C, the flow speed is 12-20 ml/minute and the drying time is 1-1.5 seconds, spray-drying, and collecting the solid powder, where the noble metal liquid is 0.01-0.1mol/l noble metal precursor aqueous solution, the noble metal element is gold, silver, palladium and/or platinum, the mass ratio of graphene oxide, vitamin C and the noble metal liquid is 1:(2-5):(0.01-0.05).
