▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyurethane flame-retardant foam material comprises 5-15 pts. wt. polymer polyol, 5-15 pts. wt. high-activity polyether polyol, 2-8 pts. wt. isocyanate, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. water, 0.05-0.12 pt. wt. silicone oil, and 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. catalyst (I). The polymer polyol comprises 1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 30-55 pts. wt. high-activity polyether polyol, 30-55 pts. wt. styrene, 10-19 pts. wt. acrylonitrile, 0.2-6 pts. wt. initiator, 1-8 pts. wt. dispersant, and 5-10 pts. wt. chain transfer agent. The modified graphene is obtained by ball milling graphite flakes and sodium chloride for 0.5-2 hours, adding p-aminostyrene and 2-amino-1,3,5-triazine, ball milling for 0.5-2 hours, adding t-butyl nitrite, reacting, ball milling for 2-48 hours, washing, and drying. USE - Polyurethane flame-retardant foam material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the polyurethane flame-retardant foam material, which involves mixing modified graphene, high-activity polyether polyol, styrene, acrylonitrile, initiator, dispersant, and chain transfer agent to obtain a mixture, dripping the mixture in the other high-activity polyether polyol, reacting at 80-130 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, leaving still, cooling to obtain the polymer polyol, and foaming the polymer polyol, the other high-activity polyether polyol, isocyanate, water, silicone oil, and catalyst (I).
