NOVELTY - The sensor has graphene film with electrode in both ends, which is formed on substrate (100), in which a piezoelectric material film (140) is formed. The polarization phenomenon is generated when the pressure is applied to graphene film. The piezoelectric material film is made of ceramic material, polymer material or their compound. The ceramic material is made of lead, niobium, zirconium, gallium, titanium and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or Polyacrylonitrile (PAN). A cover film (200) is formed on piezoelectric material film through graphene pattern film (120b). USE - Graphene touch sensor using piezoelectric effect for cellular phone, digital camera and tablet personal computer (PC). ADVANTAGE - The touch sensor is simple in structure and the pressure application spot is readily recognized. The need for contacting upper and lower graphene patterns is eliminated, so that cost is reduced.
