NOVELTY - Heat dissipation material comprises 5-10 pts. boron nitride, 10-15 pts. graphite, 5-8 pts. cristobalite, 3-7 pts. silica gel, 7-12 pts. silicon carbide, 4-8 pts. graphene and 6-11 pts. aluminum. USE - The heat dissipation material is useful for integrated system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heat dissipation material, comprising: (i) adding the raw material mixture into a dry pot, then placing in a high-temperature box furnace, providing vacuum and nitrogen as protective gas; (ii) adjusting the temperature of the high temperature box furnace to smelting temperature; (iii) carrying out smelting, opening the furnace, cooling for 1.5 hours to obtain a bulk solid material; and (iv) rolling the smelted solid materials into strips using a compact rolling mill, then cutting into pieces.
