NOVELTY - A nanocomposite material comprises a mesoporous metal oxide bonded to graphene layer(s). USE - Nanocomposite material for energy storage device, i.e. double layer ultracapacitor (claimed), battery or supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material exhibits electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for formation of nanocomposite material comprising: (A) forming a mixture of graphene, a surfactant, and a metal oxide precursor; (B) precipitating the metal oxide precursor with the surfactant to form a mesoporous metal oxide; and (C) depositing the mesoporous metal oxide onto a surface of the graphene.
