NOVELTY - Lubricating grease comprises 45-70 pts. wt. poly alpha -olefin, 4-8 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane ester, 2-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene nano-powder, 1.2-3 pts. wt. barium sulfate powder, 1.5-3.8 pts. wt. glyceryl triacetyl hydroxystearate, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. 4,4'-dioctyldiphenylamine (antioxidant), 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 0.9-2 pts. wt. sodium L-pyrrolidone carboxylate, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. degreased dewaxed honey, 0.5-2.2 pts. wt. diethyl iminodiacetate, 1-3 pts. wt. octyldodecyl neopentanoate and 0.8-1.8 pts. wt. hexapoly ricinoleate (sic). USE - The lubricating grease is useful in mechanical transmission device. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating grease has high waterproof performance and anti-wear performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the lubricating grease, comprising (a) mixing poly alpha -olefin and trimethylolpropane ester, stirring and heating to 90-110 degrees C, ball milling under the protection of nitrogen and stirring for 0.5-1 hour (b) taking graphene nano-powder and barium sulfate, adding 4,4'-dioctyl diphenylamine, heating to 115-125 degrees C and stirring for 0.5-1 hour (c) adding remaining amount of poly alpha -olefin, glyceryl triacetyl hydroxystearate, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and sodium L-pyrrolidone carboxylate, and heating to 170-210 degrees C at a rate of 0.5-1 degrees C/minute and (d) shearing under extremely cold condition, adding degreased dewaxed honey, diethyl iminodiacetate, octyldodecyl neopentanoate and hexapoly ricinoleate, stirring and mixing uniformly and degassing.
