NOVELTY - Ultra-light weight carbon/carbon-silicon carbide space reflector comprises a carbon/carbon composite material, a silicon carbide gradient transition layer embedded on the surface of the carbon/carbon composite material, and a graphene-silicon carbide multi-dimensional hybrid enhanced chemical vapor deposition-silicon carbide coating set on the surface of the silicon carbide gradient transition layer. The silicon carbide gradient transition layer is used as polycarbonate-silicon carbide, the graphene-silicon carbide multi-dimensional hybrid enhanced chemical vapor deposition-silicon carbide coating is used as graphene-silicon carbide, and the silicon carbide is silicon carbide nano wires. USE - The ultra-light carbon/carbon-silicon carbide space reflector is useful in space optical remote sensing system (claimed), and for preparing single silicon carbide reinforced chemical vapor deposition optical coating. ADVANTAGE - The reflector: reduces thermal stress generated by mirror surface silicon carbide reinforced chemical vapor deposition coating and carbon/carbon matrix thermal expansion mismatch, and improves interface combination between silicon nano wires and silicon carbide reinforced chemical vapor deposition substrate.
