▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electromagnetic shielding polyamide 6/polystyrene composite foam material comprises (a) dispersing functionalized carbon nanotubes in molten caprolactam monomer to obtain caprolactam/functionalized carbon nanotube suspension, (b) adding graphene and polystyrene to caprolactam/functionalized carbon nanotube suspension obtained in the step (a) at 120-140 degrees C, heating, stirring for 2-4 hours, removing water under vacuum at 130-160 degrees C, adding initiator sodium hydroxide and activator toluene diisocyanate to obtain polymerization reaction system, polymerizing at 150-200 degrees C for 20-60 minutes to obtain composite material and (c) subjecting composite material obtained in the step (b) to supercritical carbon dioxide foaming treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing electromagnetic shielding polyamide 6/polystyrene composite foam material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares composite foam material, which can meet the requirements of low reflection, high absorption and high electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.
