NOVELTY - Diffusion film for manufacturing LCD display module comprises a base material and a UV resin layer coated on the surface of the base material, where the UV resin layer is composed of 50-80 pts. wt. acrylic resin oligomer, 10-40 pts. wt. acrylic resin monomer, 1-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator and 1-2 pts. wt. scratch-resistant agent. USE - Diffusion film. ADVANTAGE - The diffusion film can form hardened light diffusion layer with excellent forming property, has good scratch resistance, the prepared diffusion film has high scratch resistance and strong bonding force with the base material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing diffusion film, which involves slowly adding oligosaccharide into diluted acid solution under magnetic stirring and completely dissolving; then adding acrylic acid monomer to stir uniformly; then removing oxygen, sealing and placing under gamma ray for irradiation, after dialyzing the final product, drying to obtain the product.
