▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nickel hydroxide/graphene roll-carbon nano-tube composite carbon aerogel (A) is claimed. The composite carbon aerogel is a composite carbon aerogel skeleton surface which is in-situ grown on nickel hydroxide nanoplate, where the skeleton is a graphene roll and carbon nanotubes together to form a three-dimensional network skeleton structure. USE - (A) is useful in high-performance super capacitor and electrode material of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (A) has good electrochemical performance and high capacitive property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Nickel hydroxide/graphene roll-carbon nano-tube composite carbon aerogel (A) is claimed. The composite carbon aerogel is a composite carbon aerogel skeleton surface which is in-situ grown on nickel hydroxide nanoplate, where the skeleton is a graphene roll and carbon nanotubes together to form a three-dimensional network skeleton structure. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (A) comprising, (i) mixing oxidized graphene dispersion and acidified carbon nano-tube dispersion liquid to obtain a mixed solution, then quenching, freeze-drying, and carbonizing to obtain graphene-carbon nano-tube composite aerogel, (ii) dissolving nickel nitrate hexahydrate and urea in an organic solvent to obtain a nickel nitrate solution, and (iii) adding graphene-carbon nano-tube composite aerogel into the nickel nitrate solution, carrying out chemical bath deposition reaction, washing and drying to obtain final product.
