NOVELTY - A graphene modified two-component aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating comprises components (A) and (B). The component (A) comprises, based on 100% of total weight of the component (A), 10-20 wt.% deionized water, 0.5-3 wt.% aqueous graphene slurry, 50-70 wt.% aqueous hydroxyacrylic emulsion, 0.1-0.3 wt.% aqueous dispersing agent, 1-4 wt.% substrate wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 wt.% leveling agent, 0.5-2 wt.% multifunctional adjustment, 5-15 wt.% film-forming aid, 10-20 wt.% environmental protection rust-proof filler and 2-6 wt.% other pigments. The graphene in the aqueous graphene slurry is modified graphene. The modified graphene is a non-covalent functionalized modified graphene composed of graphene and a planar aromatic ring adsorbed on the surface of the graphene. The graphene and the planar aromatic ring are adsorbed and combined through a pi - pi bond. USE - The graphene modified two-component aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating is useful as a topcoat for anticorrosive fields such as construction steel structures, engineering machinery, bridge steel structures and containers. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance and flexibility, and prolongs the service life of steel structures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene modified two-component aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating comprises components (A) and (B). The component (A) comprises, based on 100% of total weight of the component (A), 10-20 wt.% deionized water, 0.5-3 wt.% aqueous graphene slurry, 50-70 wt.% aqueous hydroxyacrylic emulsion, 0.1-0.3 wt.% aqueous dispersing agent, 1-4 wt.% substrate wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 wt.% leveling agent, 0.5-2 wt.% multifunctional adjustment, 5-15 wt.% film-forming aid, 10-20 wt.% environmental protection rust-proof filler and 2-6 wt.% other pigments. The graphene in the aqueous graphene slurry is modified graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene modified two-component aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating, which involves: weighing each component according to the formula of the graphene modified two-component aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating; subjecting the components (A) of deionized water, aqueous dispersing agent and substrate wetting agent to mixing treatment for the first time, and adding aqueous graphene slurry, environmental protection rust-proof filler and other pigment fillers for mixing treatment for the second time; adding the defoaming agent for a mixing treatment for the third time to prepare a mixed slurry; grinding the mixed slurry until the fineness reaches less than or equal to 30 um to obtain a grinded slurry; adding multifunctional adjusting aid, anti-flash rust agent and aqueous hydroxyacrylic emulsion to the grinded slurry; adding antifoaming agent, leveling agent, thickening agent and film-forming aid to carry out mixing treatment for the fourth time, finally carrying out mixing treatment for the fifth time and filtering to obtain graphene modified two-component aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating component (A); and dispersing the component (B) of the aqueous isocyanate curing agent and cosolvent.
