NOVELTY - A doped graphene comprises more than 0 %mass to not more than 20 %mass transition metal atom, and graphene. The metal atom is doped in graphene by atomic-level chemical substitution. USE - The doped graphene is useful as battery electrode (claimed) e.g. air electrode of fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The doped graphene has excellent catalytic performance, and improves cycle stability of the battery electrode. The transition metal replaces the common noble metal platinum in the air electrode, and reduces the production cost of the air electrode. The graphene doped with transition metal atom has excellent catalytic effect, and is not prone to catalyst poisoning. The complete self-supporting electrode structure and atomically bonded catalytic sites prevent the electrode from falling off during long-term use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the doped graphene, which involves: (S10) uniformly mixing portion (A) of graphene and solvent (A) by ultrasonic or cell crushing method, suction filtering to form a film, and filtering out the liquid to prepare dispersion raw material (A); (S20) mixing metal salt and solvent (B), suction filtering on the basis of the dispersion raw material film (A), and filtering off the liquid to prepare dispersion raw material (B); (S30) mixing portion (B) of graphene with solvent (C), suction filtering on the basis of dispersion raw material (B), and filtering off the liquid to prepare dispersion raw material (C); and (S40) heat-treating dispersed raw material (C).
