▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves filling a graphene paste into a hollow of a copper tube. The copper tube is stretched by a diamond mold for multiple times to form a conducting wire having a diameter of 0.001 millimeter to 1000 millimeter by a stretch forming process. Paint is applied on the conducting wire. The conducting wire is banked. The conducting wire is cooled. The conducting wire is received, where the copper tube is stretched at an elongation rate less than 1.5 each time, and the graphene paste is a mixture of graphene, a solvent, a resin and a surfactant. USE - Method for making a copper-clad graphene conducting wire. ADVANTAGE - The method enables performing cooling and receiving the conducting wire for multiple times so as to form an insulated layer on an outer circumference of the conducting wire in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a copper-clad graphene conducting wire. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a copper-clad graphene conducting wire. Graphene wire core (1) Copper layer (2) Insulated layer (3) Self-adhesive layer (4)
