DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lithium-ion battery comprising taking positive pole material, stirring, coating on aluminum foil, roller pressing to obtain positive pole piece, cutting, and repeating above steps for negative pole material; wounding into cylindrical battery and measuring short circuit; soldering aluminum foil to electrode lug with nickel and copper foil, bending cylinder power and fixing; placing in plastic film packaging, and testing battery short circuit.
