NOVELTY - Preparation of wear-resistant and heat-resistant epoxy resin composite material involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent, adding epoxy resin, stirring, putting in vacuum-drying box, heating, removing organic solvent to obtain graphene oxide epoxy resin system, ultrasonically dispersing nano polyimide microsphere in organic solvent, pouring to graphene oxide epoxy resin system, dispersing, stirring, putting into vacuum-drying box, heating, removing organic solvent, adding curing agent and accelerant, stirring, adding to constant-temperature drying box and curing. USE - Method for preparing wear-resistant and heat-resistant epoxy resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved heat stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of wear-resistant and heat-resistant epoxy resin composite material comprises: (A) taking graphene oxide, epoxy resin and organic solvent at ratio of 0.01-0.025 g: 25 g: 20-50 mL, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent, adding epoxy resin, stirring, putting in vacuum-drying box, heating and removing organic solvent to obtain graphene oxide epoxy resin system; (B) taking nano polyimide microsphere, epoxy resin and organic solvent at ratio of 0.1-0.25 g: 25 g: 20-50 mL and ultrasonically dispersing nano polyimide microsphere in organic solvent; (C) pouring to graphene oxide epoxy resin system, dispersing, uniformly stirring, putting into vacuum-drying box, heating and removing organic solvent to obtain graphene oxide nano polyimide microsphere epoxy resin system; and (D) taking epoxy resin, curing agent and accelerant at ratio of 25 g: 0.5-32.5 g: 0-2.5 g, adding curing agent and accelerant to graphene oxide nano polyimide microsphere epoxy resin system, uniformly stirring, adding to constant-temperature drying box and curing.
