NOVELTY - Electromagnetic wave shielding film comprises 5-20 wt.% functional graphene, 1-10 wt.% pigment and 80-90 wt.% coating agent, where pigment is white pigment, melanin, golden red pigment and/or silver pigment, coating agent is composed of base material, propylene glycol butyl ether, texanol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, bentonite, attapulgite, dispersant, wetting agent, defoamer, plasticizer, mildew fungicide and/or water, and base material is polypropylene, polyester and/or polyvinyl chloride. USE - Used as electromagnetic wave shielding film. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic wave shielding film has simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of preparing an electromagnetic wave shielding film comprising (i) mixing hydroxyethylcellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, and adding one-third of water, ultrasonic dispersing to obtain aqueous thickener solution, pulverizing the base material and then kneading with bentonite, attapulgite and one third of defoaming agent in the mixer, mixing, adding dispersant, a wetting agent, a plasticizer, mildew fungicide and aqueous thickener solutions and one third of water, mixing for 10-20 minutes, adding propylene glycol butyl ether, texanol and water and continuing mixing for 3-5 minutes, and then adding defoamer, continuing mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain coating agent, (ii) adding functional graphene into the coating agent prepared in step (i) to 0.5-1.5 g/minutes, and stirring at 200-500 revolutions per minute, then adding functional graphene, continuing stirring for 5-15 minutes, and then continuing adding pigment, and dispersing the pigment to obtain film material, and (iii) adding film material prepared in step (ii) into the workpiece surface brushing and curing the film material to obtain final product.
