NOVELTY - High-strength glass fiber composite material comprises 50 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15 pts. wt. graphene, 24 pts. wt. fiber, 40 pts. wt. modifier, 35 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1.5 pts. wt. color masterbatch, 0.8 pts. wt. light stabilizer and 10 pts. wt. compatibilizer. The raw material components of the flame retardant are: 35 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 35 pts. wt. amine polyphosphate, 12 pts. wt. melamine and 8 pts. wt. antioxidant. The raw material components of the modifier are: 40 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 18 pts. wt. glycerol, 4 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate and 5 pts. wt. organic montmorillonite. The fibers include glass fibers and carbon fibers, and the mass ratio of the glass fibers and carbon fibers is 1:1.1. The diameter of the glass fibers is 10 microm. USE - Used as high-strength glass fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material realizes the preparation of high strength glass fiber composite material, inhibits the flame retardant phenomenon of the composite material, improves the heat conducting performance of the composite material, application range is wider, and has high practicability.
