NOVELTY - Graphene halogen-free flame-retardant compound comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. polyamide wax, 5-15 pts. wt. zinc borate, 1-20 pts. wt. microcapsule red phosphorus, 10-20 pts. wt. hydrogen graphite, 10-20 pts. wt ethylene-vinyl acetate, 5-25 pts. wt. graphite, 15-35 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, and 2-8 pts. wt. barium stearate. USE - Used as graphene halogen-free flame-retardant compound. ADVANTAGE - Graphene halogen-free flame-retardant compound has low production cost, simple process and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene halogen-free flame-retardant compound comprising (i) mixing graphene, low density polyethylene, polyamide wax, zinc borate, microcapsule red phosphorus, hydrogen graphite, ethylene-vinyl acetate, and graphite, aluminum hydroxide and barium stearate, (ii) stirring the starting material at 60-70 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, stirring speed is 800-900 revolutions per minute, to obtain the uniform mixture, and (iii) extruding and granulating, where the extrusion temperature of 90-110 degrees C, 150-170?OC, 220-240 degrees C and 190-210 degrees C, the screw rotating speed is 20-30 revolutions per minute, to obtain final product.
