NOVELTY - High temperature-resistant graphene composite material is prepared by (a) chemically activating nano-grade zinc oxide and graphene oxide using sodium tetrapentate, ultrasonically dissolving zinc oxide and graphene oxide in deionized water, and adding stirring edge with sodium tetramer benzene sulfonate, (b) dissolving activated tin oxide graphene in organic solution, adding reducing agent while stirring, and adding to refrigerator for freeze drying for predetermined time to obtain zinc oxide-graphene oxide sol, and (c) adding catalyst to product, and reacting to obtain composite material. USE - High temperature-resistant graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material loads nano-level zinc oxide on graphene oxide, catalyzes the composite material, increases the reaction area, and has high temperature resistance, high conductivity and excellent stability.
