NOVELTY - Graphene or graphene derivative and polyvinyl alcohol are mixed in mixed solvent, spun and hot-stretched, to obtain high-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol-graphene nanocomposite fibers. USE - Preparation of high-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol-graphene nanocomposite fibers used for building material and industrial material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of polyvinyl alcohol-graphene nanocomposite fibers having tensile strength of 1.4-2.2G Pa, Young's modulus of 36 GPa, elongation rate of 10% and smooth surface by simple method, with high yield.
