▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Non-noble metal oxide reduction catalyst comprises a sheet-like graphene support and a nitrogen-doped carbon skeleton between adjacent layers of the sheet-like graphene support, where the graphene sheets are separated by a nitrogen-doped carbon skeleton for attaching nanoparticles to the graphene sheet, the nano-particles are carbon-coated non-noble metal particles, carbon-coated non-noble metal carbide particles, carbon-coated non-noble metal nitride particles and/or non-precious metals. USE - The non-noble metal oxide reduction catalyst is useful as a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, alkaline anion exchange membrane fuel cell or metal-air fuel cell cathode oxygen reduction catalyst (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The non-noble metal oxide reduction catalyst has high mass transfer performance and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the non-noble metal oxide reduction catalyst comprising (i) pre-treating by uniformly mixing oxidized graphite and non-precious metal precursor salt with water; (ii) uniformly mixing the nitrogen-containing small molecule and nafion solution with step (i) product, adding oxidizing agent, carrying out reaction for 12-48 hours for polymerizing to small molecules containing nitrogen, evaporating the solution to a solids content not greater than 20% and freeze-drying to obtain airgel; and (iii) heating the step (ii) product under inert atmosphere at 600-1000 degrees C and naturally cooling to room temperature, to obtain the final product.
