NOVELTY - Automobile air-conditioner rubber pipe comprises 80-150 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene latex, 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-560 (3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 8-15 pts. wt. graphene, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol-6000, 1-8 pts. wt. coumarone resin, 80-100 pts. wt. carbon black N660, 10-30 pts. wt. calcium powder, 10-50 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 0.5-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. scorch retarder CTP (N-(cyclohexylthio)phthalimide). USE - The automobile air-conditioner rubber pipe is useful for transporting R134a refrigerant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber pipe: has excellent barrier performance with R134a refrigerant. The method: has lower production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing automobile air-conditioner rubber pipe, comprising (i) adding silane coupling agent and graphene into liquid ethylene-propylene latex under stirring operation, then adding silane coupling agent, and graphene powder into ethylene-propylene latex, continue stirring for 2 hours, and then parking for use to prepare pre-dispersed glue A, (ii) adjusting the speed of internal mixer to 28 revolutions/minute, then adding pre-dispersed glue into internal mixer to obtain pre-dispersed rubber A and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, then mechanically blending for 5-8 minutes, and removing the glue to obtain blend rubber B of ethylene propylene diene monomer, ethylene propylene diene latex and graphene, (iii) adjusting the roll distance of mill to less than 1 mm, adjusting the roll mixing to 50degrees Celsius, then adding blend rubber B of ethylene propylene diene monomer, ethylene propylene diene latex and graphene, thinning for 2-3 times, increasing the roller moment by about 8 mm, and parking the lower film for 24 hours, and (iv) adjusting the speed of mixer to 28 revolutions/minute, then heating top bolt, adding blend rubber B of ethylene propylene diene monomer, ethylene propylene diene latex and graphene, zinc oxide, stearic acid, anti-aging agent, coumarone resin, polyethylene glycol material after parking, and mixing for 2-3 minutes, then adding carbon black and half of the paraffin oil, mixing for 2-3 minutes, adding calcium powder and remaining paraffin oil, mixing for 4-5 minutes, then removing the glue, unloading, cooling, and parking for 12 hours to obtain rubber compound C, and (v) adjust the speed of internal mixer to 25 revolutions/minute, mixing for period of time, adding rubber compound C, sulfur, accelerator and scorch retarder, mixing for 2-3 minutes, and removing the glue to obtain, where the degumming temperature not greater than 90degrees Celsius.
