▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a sponge nickel-loaded nitrogen and fluorine double-doped vertical graphene, comprises (1) dissolving nickel acetate tetrahydrate in deionized water, and magnetically stirring to obtain Ni(AC)2 aqueous solution, (2) adding N2H4H2O to the resultant solution and mixing to obtain a reaction solution, (3) pouring the reaction solution into inner bag, then placing into reaction kettle and carrying out hydrothermal reaction, (4) cooling the reaction kettle, cleaning and freeze-drying to obtain sponge nickel, (5) placing the sponge nickel into quartz tube, loading vertical graphene on sponge nickel by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition method to prepare VG-SN composite material, and (6) doping the vertical graphene (VG) on sponge nickel (SN) with heterogeneous elements using nitrogen and SF6 plasma to obtain the final product. USE - The sponge nickel-loaded nitrogen and fluorine double-doped vertical graphene is useful in preparing anode and cathode materials for lithium-sulfur batteries (claimed) and in the fields of mobile communications, electric vehicles, solar power generation and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The method: can slow down the volume expansion during the metal lithium deposition process; ensure the uniform electric field distribution during the metal lithium deposition process and inhibit dendrite growth; and the obtain product ensure the excellent lithium affinity, cycle stability, rate performance, high coulombic efficiency and electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur batteries; and can promotes the conversion process of polysulfides by doping heterogeneous element.
