▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a catalyst layer comprising a single-crystal graphitizing metal catalyst sheet. A carbonaceous material is mounted on the catalyst layer. The catalyst layer and the carbonaceous material in one of an inert atmosphere and a reducing atmosphere are heat-treated to form a single-crystal graphene sheet (410). The carbonaceous material is solid-solubilized in the catalyst layer. USE - Method for manufacturing single-crystal graphene sheet used in electrical device such as display device and solar cell, or electromagnetic device. ADVANTAGE - The large-size single-crystal graphene sheet having desired electrical properties is manufactured efficiently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The carbonaceous material is mounted on the catalyst layer by coating the carbon-containing polymer on surface of the catalyst layer and mounting the carbon-containing gas on the catalyst layer. A self-assembling polymer is provided as carbon-containing polymer. The carbon-containing polymer is a polymer selected from the group consisting of amphiphilic polymer, liquid crystal polymer and conductive polymer, or combination of foregoing polymers. The carbon-containing polymer is comprised with polymerizable functional group. The heat-treatment is performed at the temperature between 300 degrees C and 2000 degrees C for the time between about 0.001 hour to 1000 hours. The carbonaceous material is mounted on the catalyst layer by immersing the catalyst layer in the liquid comprising the carbonaceous material. The heat-treatment of the catalyst layer is performed by first heat-treating at temperature and for the time sufficient to solid-solubilize the carbonaceous material in the catalyst layer, and second heat-treating at temperature and for the time sufficient to precipitate the solid-solubilized carbonaceous material and form single-crystal graphene sheet. The single-crystal graphene sheet is separated from the catalyst layer by removing the catalyst layer by treating the single-crystal graphene sheet and the catalyst layer with acid after the heat-treating.
