▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing light modulated terahertz molecular detection device assembling graphene oxide into a nano-thick graphene film with anodized aluminum oxide as a substrate, and chemically reducing nano-film. The menthol is uniformly laid on the surface of the nano film, heated and melted, cooled and solidified, and sublimated at room temperature to obtain a stripped graphene nano film. The graphene oxide film is heated at 2000 degrees C for 1-16 hours to reduce defects of the graphene oxide film to less than 0.3%. The obtained low-defect graphene film is attached to the surface of a silica substrate and patterned into a specific array structure. USE - Method for preparing light modulated terahertz molecular detection device. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the light modulated terahertz molecular detection device in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with a very low defect trap structure, good sheet resistance and excellent optical response.
