▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing doped 3D layered porous graphene sheet paper-based friction material comprises (i) pretreating polyetherether ketone fiber, mixing it with aramid pulp, dissolving it after mixing, adding dispersant, retention and retention aid, filler and 3D layered porous graphene sheet, stirring to obtain a mixed slurry, where the added amount of 3D layered porous graphene sheets accounts for 0-1 wt.% of the mass of the mixed slurry, but not 0, (ii) subjecting the mixed slurry obtained in step (i) to wet forming, dehydration and drying treatments to obtain a friction material base paper, and (iii) soaking the base paper obtained in step (ii) in a resin solution, drying, and hot pressing. USE - The material is useful in engine inner covers, automobile bearings, seals or brake pads (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is added in the papermaking process of polyetherether ketone fiber and aramid pulp, which is easy to slide between layers, and improves drag reduction performance, dimensional stability of paper-based friction material, and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for doped 3D layered porous graphene sheet paper-based friction material prepared by the above mentioned method.
