▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite functional filter material, prepared by using a conjugated method, treating an aromatic polyamide fiber with graphene grafted conjugated sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate as a catalyst, loading carrier with a ternary manganese (Mn)- praseodymium (Pr)-oxidized nanodiamond (NdOx) catalyst to obtain the composite functional filter material. USE - The filter material is useful for denitrifying and resisting sulfur (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared filter material has high specific surface area, provides rich active oxygen species and acid sites, and has more surface chemical adsorption oxygen and low valence state manganese praseodymium oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite functional filter material, comprising (1) accurately weighing 100 ml deionized water into a beaker, adding poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) fiber fiber sheet into deionized Water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 15 minutes, weighing sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the beaker, and performing ultrasonic oscillation to completely dissolve, (b) transferring the solution to water bath (65 degrees C), adding the reduced graphene oxide into the beaker, uniformly stirring graphene in the beaker, weighing neodymium trichloride hydrate into the beaker, completely dissolving, weighing praseodymium chloride hexahydrate, adding into beaker, reacting at 65 degrees C for 30 minutes, weighing potassium permanganate, adding into a beaker, heating to react, taking out the filter, using deionized water to wash until there is no catalyst fall off, washing liquid without color, and drying the filter to prepare in-situ composite function filter material, and recording as manganese-praseodymium-oxidized nanodiamond/reduced graphene oxide with PPTA.
