NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-fixing agent comprises e.g. adding 1,6-hexanediol glycidyl ether and triethylenetetramine to three-necked flask and continuously stirring to obtain oxidized flour crosslinking agent, adding water and flour to a device equipped with mechanical stirring, thermometer and condenser, stirring evenly to obtain aqueous dispersion solution of flour, adding hydrogen peroxide, raising reaction temperature and cooling to room temperature to obtain oxidized flour, preparing graphene-based degradable high-strength solid dust agent slurry in device equipped with mechanical stirring, thermometer and condenser, adding water and PVA, obtaining PVA aqueous solution after mechanical stirring and dissolving, adding oxidized flour, raising temperature, mechanically stirring, cooling, adding oxidized flour crosslinking agent, graphene, and boric acid and stirring to obtain slurry of graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-fixing agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-fixing agent. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-fixing agent is environmentally friendly, has a good dust-fixing effect, excellent soil improvement effects and fertilizer efficiency, is economical, preparation is simple, and is easy for industrial production and large-scale promotion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-fixing agent comprises (i) adding 1,6-hexanediol glycidyl ether and triethylenetetramine as raw materials to three-necked flask and continuously stirring, raising temperature to 60degrees Celsius and keeping for 30 minutes to obtain oxidized flour crosslinking agent; (ii) adding water and flour to a device equipped with mechanical stirring, thermometer and condenser, and stirring evenly to obtain aqueous dispersion solution of flour, and then adding hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), raising reaction temperature to 60degrees Celsius, keeping temperature for oxidation for 0.3 hour, increasing the temperature to 85degrees Celsius, keeping temperature for oxidation for 1 hour, cooling room temperature after the oxidation to obtain oxidized flour; (iii) preparing graphene-based degradable high-strength solid dust agent slurry in a device equipped with mechanical stirring, thermometer and condenser, adding water and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and raising temperature to 70degrees Celsius, obtaining PVA aqueous solution after mechanical stirring and dissolving, adding oxidized flour, raising temperature to 80degrees Celsius, mechanically stirring for 0.5 hour, cooling to room temperature, adding oxidized flour crosslinking agent, graphene, and boric acid in sequence, and mechanically stirring for 0.5 hour, obtaining slurry of graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-fixing agent; and (iv) adjusting solid content of graphene-based degradable high-strength solid dust agent by adding water, obtaining graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-solidifying agent water dispersion solution, and then adding alkaline rose spirit, and mechanically stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, then obtaining green graphene-based degradable high-strength dust-fixing agent.
