▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing manganese dioxide-reduced graphene oxide (rGO) modified stainless steel mesh cathode membrane, comprises (i) modifying graphite powder with mixed acid solution, potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) taking manganese acetate solution as deposition solution, carrying out constant current anode treatment to stainless steel net to obtain the stainless steel net of manganese dioxide modification, and (iii) dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain a graphene oxide solution, using the graphene oxide solution as the deposition solution, and performing constant potential anodic treatment on the manganese dioxide-modified stainless steel mesh. USE - The method is useful for preparing manganese dioxide-reduced graphene oxide (rGO) modified stainless steel mesh cathode membrane, which is used as microbial fuel cell (MFC) and membrane bioreactor (MBR) component of membrane pollution problem. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and environmentally-friendly, and provides stainless steel net cathode with excellent catalytic performance. The stainless steel mesh film cathode has high conductivity, low active site, and easy to gather, improves the activity and service life of the catalyst and the performance of the MFC-MBR. The method promotes oxygen reduction reaction process, so it is good for the production efficiency of MFC -MBR, and relieves the traditional MBR component of the membrane pollution problem, has important meaning for improving the performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: manganese dioxide-reduced graphene oxide (rGO) modified stainless steel mesh cathode membrane prepared by above emntioned method; and tainless steel mesh cathode membrane assembly obtained by using manganese dioxide-reduced graphene oxide modified stainless steel mesh cathode membrane comprising a stainless steel mesh cathode membrane (3) coated on the side of a conductive carrier column (1). An outlet pipe (2) runs through the inside of the conductive carrier column. The part of the water outlet pipe penetrating through the conductive carrier column is provided with a water outlet pipe opening (4).
